BBQ: Preheat BBQ to a medium heat. Add dash of oil and place Kebab on grill. Cook for approximately 2 minutes each side, turning 6 times. Cook to a core temperature of 75ºc.
Pan Fry: Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken Kebab and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until light golden and cooked through. Cook to a core temperature of 75ºc.
