Bake: Put in a pre-heated oven (180ºc fan-forced) for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through. Product should reach an internal temperature of 75ºc.
Fry: Shallow fry on a medium heat. 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through. Product should reach an internal temperature of 75ºc.
