Roast Lemon & Thyme Chicken

    1. Mix together in a pan all the ingredients coat well
    2. Place uncovered in a pre heated oven at 180 deg for 20 mins
    3. Take out and check to see if it’s cooked, return for a few extra mins as needed, the skin should have a nice colour to it
    4. Dressing:  Mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 2-4 drops of lemon essential oil place your chicken on a platter and drizzle the chicken with the dressing garnish with lemon wedges & thyme.Enjoy !
