Air Fryer Buffalo Wings



1 kg chicken wingettes
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

Honey Buffalo Sauce
4 tbsp nuttelex (or dairy free magarine spread) (can sub with butter)
¼ cup honey
1 cup frank’s hot sauce

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 Minutes

Serves 4


Step 1. Preheat the Air-Fryer for 5 minutes at 200 – degrees Celsius.

Step 2. Place the wingettes into a large bowl and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and toss to combine.

Step 3. Arrange half the spice-rubbed wingettes in a single layer along the bottom of the fryer basket.

Step 4. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, flipping half way through the cooking until the chicken looks crispy and roasted.

Step 5. Remove and repeat with the remaining chicken.

Step 6. While the wings are cooking melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat and then add honey and stir until completely mixed through. Add in the hot sauce and stir over a low heat until completely combined. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Step 7. Brush the wings over with the hot sauce mix until thickly covered.

Step 8. Serve with wedges of cos lettuce, grilled corn and ranch dressing.
