THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for Multiple Poultry Process Worker Positions
The role is based at Toowoomba, QLD in a progressive Certified Organic family business. Inglewood Farms is the largest certified organic chicken farm in Australia.

Essential Requirements

• Must have exceptional knife handling skills including the demonstrated ability to debone chicken;
• Be able to perform duties in a timely manner
• Be hardworking, punctual and reliable
• Be fit and healthy, with the ability to be able to perform repetitive tasks;
• Must be able to follow directions and instructions
• Must be eligible to work in Australia

Skills Required

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Butchering skills an advantage.
• Previous experience in poultry processing and deboning is an advantage.
• Working with fresh food requires high levels of hygiene and adherence to food safety practices.
• Good fitness levels are required to perform repetitive tasks and the ability to manually handle 5-15kg.
